Viola Arduini (b.1987, Italy)

Viola Arduini is an Italian artist currentlybased in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She uses digital photography, video, andinstallation to investigate the triadic relationships formed by humans,animals, and technology. Her aim is to examine how human relations with animalsand the environment are shaped and formed, and to question the position ofpower that we, as species, have given to ourselves. Graduated in DocumentaryPhotography (MA) from University of South Wales (UK) in 2015, she’s currently aMFA candidate in Art & Ecology at University of New Mexico.
